Our mission at China Restaurant is to bring you fresh Chinese food with no MSG, less salt, no artificial flavor, no can food and no preservatives. We use fresh ingredients carefully selected and prepared each day for our dishes.
Chef William Chu grew up in Northern China. Being a third generation chief, he attended culinary school where he was trained with techniques of traditional Chinese cooking. After his training, he travelled all around China and worked in a variety of restaurants where he learned how to cook the unique dishes from different regions of China. Combining traditional and contemporary, Chief Chu creates the most authentic flavors of Chinese food.
